Account Manager
CBC is seeking an Account Manager, responsibilities include management and customer support of day to day account activities, maintain databases, sell additional product lines, coordinate renewal proposals, questionnaires and census information.
The ideal candidate will have customer service experience, advanced computer skills, excellent follow-up skills, and ability to convey complex information. Bilingual, English/Spanish communication strongly encouraged. This is a perfect position for a well organized individual with a positive attitude, willingness to learn, advanced Excel skills and strong inter-personal relationship building skills.
