Individual Medical Benefits Representative-
The Benefits Representative's role is to be the inside liaison between our client (the broker) and the insurance carrier. Primary responsibility is to field questions from brokers, review/prepare sold applications for submission to the applicable insurance carrier, problem solve on a daily basis, assist in pre-screen, quoting, broker enrollment support over the phone and outreach marketing calls.
Qualified Individuals will have insurance experience (preferably medical insurance), be extremely organized, enjoy problem solving, able to multi task, and able to work proficiently in an extremely fast paced environment while working closely with several team members. Strong communication skills and computer knowledge are a must. |
